Branding

Learn how to customise the Empuls platform to align with the company's brand guidelines.

Updated yesterday

White-label your Empuls platform to match your brand. Super Admins can apply full brand customization — set a program name, choose a color scheme, and upload your organization's logo, background image, and favicon — so Empuls feels native to your organization from day one.

Before You Begin

Gather:

  • Company brand guidelines (color palette, logo files)

  • Official program name (if different from "Empuls")

  • Custom messaging and tone guidelines

  • Any regulatory/compliance requirements

  • Accessibility compliance standards

Super Admins can manage branding in three key areas:

  1. Platform Theming
Update the platform theme to align with your brand’s colors and style.

  2. Program Settings
Edit the program name and other related details.

  3. Branding
Customize the platform elements based on your organization’s brand guidelines.

  1. Platform Theming

Align the platform's theme with your brand identity by customizing colors and widgets.

Step 1: Navigate to the Admin Dashboard by clicking on Reports and Admin at the bottom.

Step 2: Navigate to Platform Settings > Branding and go to the Platform Theming card.

Step 3: Click Edit and select colours or themes that match your branding.

3.1 Customize the primary colour for your theme.

3.2 Customize your navigation: Select the side navigation and top navigation colour to match brand colours. Click on the pen icon and add the hex code.

3.3 Customize Award Block Colour. Click on the pen icon and add the hex code.

Best Practices

  • Use colors from the official brand palette

  • Maintain WCAG AA compliance (contrast ratios)

  • Test color combinations in both light and dark modes

  • Consider color blindness accessibility (avoid red/green contrast only)

3.4 Feed Header: Customize it by uploading the required design.
