Super Admins can customize these notifications, which can also be delivered via email, mobile push notifications, SMS, and in-product messages to ensure secure and consistent communication.

Q. Can the Xoxoday R&R tool keep a client’s R&R email ID in CC for all trigger emails?

No. To maintain security and privacy, Xoxoday Employee Engagement and Rewards & Recognition (R&R) platform does not allow multiple CC recipients for trigger emails, which may include sensitive details like gift deliveries or award redemptions.

Any exception requires a formal InfoSec review and approval. Empuls, part of the Xoxoday suite, is ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR compliant, providing secure reporting, dashboards, and insights for employee engagement and reward visibility without exposing sensitive user data.

User Roles and Access Control

Q. Can the system define user roles with varying access levels and assign functions through group membership?
Yes. The Xoxoday employee engagement solution supports Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Super Admins can define roles with varying access levels—Super Admins, General Admins, Managers, and Users. Admins can configure permissions, assign custom roles, and link functional access to user groups. Users added to groups automatically inherit all associated functions.

Q. Can all configurations and access be managed through the frontend by an admin user?
Yes. Admin users can manage the entire configuration directly from the frontend admin settings module. This includes user access control, group creation, role assignments, permissions, platform settings, reward matrices, user delegation, and password resets.

Q. Does the platform support user and group creation in the system?
Yes. The Xoxoday social intranet platform allows admins to create users and define groups based on department, location, project, or common interests. These groups help drive collaboration and targeted communication.

Q. Can a group be marked as inactive?
Yes. Admins can mark groups as inactive by disabling communication within the group. This halts all message exchange and interactions. Groups can also be hidden from visibility when needed.

Q. Can a user be added to multiple groups, and will they inherit privileges from each?
Yes. Users can be part of multiple groups on the platform. They will automatically inherit privileges and access relevant to each group they belong to, enabling flexible collaboration and access control.

Q. Can users be granted access based on both group membership and functional roles?
Yes. Access can be assigned using a combination of group affiliation and functional roles. Through role-based access control and group-level settings, admins can tailor permissions to align with both team structure and responsibilities.

Q. Can access permissions be modified to add or remove specific rights?
Yes. Super Admins can update or revoke specific permissions for users at any level through the access control settings. This ensures role changes or organizational restructuring are easily accommodated.

The R&R tool's pricing model follows a per-employee-per-month (PEPM) structure with a one-time setup cost. Additionally, the PEPM rate increases by 5% year over year.

Q. Is there an additional cost to update or change content after going live?
No, the content update is restricted to email templates and user-generated configurations, such as awards, groups, and announcements. There are no additional costs after going live with the program regarding updating or changing the content.

Q. Does Xoxoday R&R solution have global fulfillment capabilities, identifying the countries you can service with no additional shipping fees?
Yes, the platform offers country-specific award catalogs to ensure the awards are meaningful and appropriate for employees in different regions. Award fulfillment is mostly in-country to avoid customs and duties and to allow for country-specific budgets and cultural differences.
