It streamlines the management of budgets, awards, gifts, employees, and reports, making the process faster, easier, and more efficient. You can find what you need instantly with improved navigation and search.

How to Navigate to Admin Hub
Step 1: Log in to your Empuls account.
Step 2: On the left-side panel, scroll to the bottom and click Reports & Settings.
Step 3: The Admin Dashboard will open.
⚠️ Only users with Admin access can see the Reports & Admin tab.

1.1 Search Bar
The search bar helps you quickly find any setting, configuration, or page.
Just type a keyword (e.g., “budget” or “leaderboard”), and you’ll be taken directly to the right place.
This saves time and avoids navigating through multiple menus.
1.2 Reports
The Reports section gives admins complete visibility into recognition, rewards, and employee engagement across the organization.
From here, you can view:

1.3 Manage Budgets
The Manage Budgets section allows admins to create, allocate, monitor, edit, pause, and automate budgets for recognition.
From here you can:
Create Budgets
Set up new budgets for your organization, departments, or managers. Define the total points or funds available for recognition or gifting programs.Allocate Budgets

Monitor Usage
Track how much of each budget has been used and how much remains, helping you stay within planned limits and avoid overspending.
📌 Example: Allocate a monthly recognition budget to each manager automatically, pause it temporarily during company restructuring, and resume it afterwards without any manual adjustments.

The Finance section helps admins manage all money-related settings in one place, including billing, company information, and redemption wallets.

Coins redeemed for vouchers are settled against the balance in your redemption wallet.
Tip: Maintain wallet balances equal to the total redeemable points to ensure a smooth redemption experience for employees.

Edit Awards – Update award details at any time to match changing objectives.
Delete Awards – Remove awards that are no longer needed.

1.5.2 Revoke Awards – Withdraw previously sent awards if they were sent by mistake or under special circumstances.

1.11 User Authentication
Set a default login method for your organization to make sign-ins seamless and secure. Empuls supports Google, Microsoft, Slack, and custom SSO via SAML 2.0. With single sign-on (SSO), employees can access Empuls alongside other corporate apps without re-entering credentials. Admins can easily manage user access directly through the chosen identity provider.
