Learn how to access your Order History

Order History displays all your redemption orders made through the Empuls rewards platform. Track the status of each order, view order details, and access tracking information for physical items.

Before You Begin

Navigate to Settings > Account > Order History to view your redemption orders. Your complete order history is available, showing all redemptions since you began using Empuls rewards.

Viewing Your Orders

Step 1: Click your profile image and select the Order History option from the drop-down menu.

Before accessing your order history, ensure you are logged in using your registered email and password. Then go to the "My Profile" section to find the "Order History" option.

Step 2: This page presents a detailed record of all your orders (in progress, delivered or cancelled), along with the delivery status, points used, and price. Additionally, you can view the order details to confirm the item's name, category, and any associated transaction IDs.

Step 3: You can resend gifts to your email, hover on the item first to see the Resend Gift card button and then click on Resend Gift card.

Can I resend a previously ordered gift to my email?

Yes. Hover over the item in your order history and click on the Resend Gift Card button to send it again to your registered email.
