Learn how to access your Account Statement

Your Account Statement provides a complete record of all transactions within the Empuls platform. Whether you're tracking points redemptions, recognition rewards, or financial adjustments, this feature gives you transparency and control over your account activity.

Before You Begin

Ensure you have access to your Empuls account. Account statements are available to all users and can be viewed at any time. You'll need to navigate to the Settings section of your dashboard.

Viewing Your Account Statement

This guide will help you access your reward points account statement in a few easy steps:

Step 1: To view your account statement, click your profile image and select the option from the list.

Step 2: This page presents a detailed record of all reward points received or given, along with the Closing Balance, Date, and Description.

Understanding Your Transactions

Your account statement shows a complete record of all point movements on your Empuls account. Here is what each column means:

  • Date: The date on which the transaction took place.

  • Description: A brief note explaining what triggered the transaction — for example, a recognition received, an award given, or a redemption made.

  • Debit: Points that were deducted from your account. This includes points you gave to others as recognition or points used to redeem rewards from the store.

  • Credit: Points that were added to your account. This includes points received from recognition, awards, or any adjustments made by your admin.

  • Closing Balance: Your total available points balance after the transaction was applied.

Reading Your Statement

  • If the Debit column has a value and Credit is blank, points were deducted from your account.

  • If the Credit column has a value and Debit is blank, points were added to your account.

  • Your Closing Balance updates after every transaction and reflects your real-time points balance at that point in time.

Date — 03 Mar 2026

Description — Redeemed gift card

Debit — 200

Closing Balance — 150
