Downloading the Empuls Mobile App

You can also download the app by navigating to your profile image in the web version of Empuls and selecting the 'Download Mobile App' option from the drop-down menu.

How to Log in to the Mobile App

You can log in to the mobile app using any of the following methods:

There are three ways to login to the mobile app:

Option 1: Email & Password

Log in using your registered email address and password.

Option 2: Company Domain Login

Use your company domain name, along with your username and password, to access the app.

  • Add the email address or employee ID to login.

  • Add the password

  • You can click Forgot Password to reset your password, or use the Email OTP option by clicking on it.

  • If you click Email OTP, you’ll be taken to the OTP entry page. Please enter the OTP received in your email.

Option 3: OTP-Based Login (via Mobile Number)

  • On the login screen, click Help.

  • Click on “Click here” next to “Log in using your registered mobile number to receive an OTP.”

  • Enter your registered mobile number and select the correct country code from the dropdown. Click on Continue.

  • You’ll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your mobile device. Enter the OTP to complete your login.

Using the Empuls Mobile App

After logging in, you'll land on the Home Screen, where you can:

  • Recognize and reward peers

  • Update your profile

  • Redeem reward points

  • Post on the social intranet

  • Engage with groups and team updates

  • Access Quicklinks

  • Wish you colleagues and more

Update Your Profile

  • Click on your profile image to:

  • View past recognitions

  • Access your budgets

  • Check your order history and account statements

Explore Groups

  • View and interact with all the groups you are part of by clicking on the Home tab.

  • Select a group to see details, updates, and posts.

Post on the Intranet

  • Go to the Dashboard, scroll to the bottom, and click on the + icon to create a new post.

  • Like, share, or comment on posts to engage with your team.

Recognize a Colleague

  • On the Dashboard, click Recognize at the top.

  • Select the person (or enter their email address).

  • Choose an award or core value.

  • Add a citation and post your recognition.

Nominate a Colleague for an Award

  • Click on the Recognize button. Select the colleague you want to nominate.

  • Choose the award you’d like to nominate them for.

  • Add a citation – a few words of appreciation.
    You can use the "Improve with AI" option to get suggested messages (available only if the AI feature is enabled for your account - Read more here)

  • You’ll also see the option to Review certificate at the top. Click Review Certifcate. (up to 250 characters).

  • You can write it manually or use "Improve with AI" to generate suggestions.If you don’t customize this, the award citation will be auto-filled in the certificate. The maximum character limit is 250 cha for the certificate.

  • A preview of the certificate is shown on the right. Once you’re satisfied, click Submit to complete the nomination.

Redeem Points

  • View your available points on the Home Screen.

  • Click Visit Storefront to explore redemption options.

  • Select items, choose denominations, and quantities, and complete the redemption process.

Account Settings & Help Desk

  • Access Account Settings via the Settings tab.

  • Visit the Help Center to get your queries answered.

Log out

  • Navigate to your profile

  • Under account settings, click on logout

  • Click "Logout" to confirm. To stay logged in, click "Cancel."

1. Where can I download the Empuls Mobile App?
The Empuls app is available on both the Google Play Store (for Android) and Apple App Store (for iOS). You can also download it via the 'Download Mobile App' option under your profile on the web version.

2. How do I log in to the Empuls Mobile App?
Log in using your registered email address and password. Alternatively, you can use your company’s domain name along with your username and password.

3. What can I do on the Home Screen of the app?
You can recognize peers, redeem reward points, update your profile, post on the intranet, engage with groups, access quick links, and wish colleagues.

4. How do I update my profile and check past activity?
Click on your profile image to view recognitions, access budgets, check order history, and view your account statements.

5. How do I interact with groups on the app?
From the Home tab, tap on any group to view its updates, posts, and activity.

6. How can I post on the intranet via mobile?
Scroll to the bottom of the Dashboard and tap the + icon to create a new post. You can also like, comment, and share posts.

7. How do I recognize a colleague through the app?
Tap Recognize on the Dashboard, select a person or enter their email, choose an award or core value, add a citation, and submit.

8. How do I redeem reward points?
Your points are shown on the Home Screen. Tap Visit Storefront, select items, denominations, and quantities, then complete the redemption process.
