Log in to your organisation's unique Empuls account

Once you've created your Empuls account, logging in is straightforward. Empuls supports multiple login methods so you can choose what works best for you and your organization.

Before You Begin

You'll need your login credentials or access to the social service (Google, Slack, Microsoft) or SSO system your organization uses. Make sure you have internet access and are using an up-to-date web browser.

Logging In with Email and Password

Step 1: Go to your organization's Empuls page**

Go to your organisation's unique Empuls login URL. Your administrator provided the URL, or you may have bookmarked it during sign-up. It looks like subdomain.xoxoday.com.

In case you are not sure of your organisation's unique subdomain name on Empuls, please follow the below steps:

Step 2: Click the login link

If you're not on the login page, look for a "Log In" button in the upper right corner or at the bottom of the page.

Step3: Go to the Empuls login page by clicking here.

Step 4: Employees can log in using three options.

4.1 Login using email with OTP option

4.2 Login using email with password option

4.3 Login using Mobile number

4.4 Using Microsoft OAuth

If your organization uses Microsoft 365, you can log in with your Microsoft credentials:

Step 1: Go to the login page

Visit your company's Empuls instance URL and click "Log In."

Step 2: Click "Log in with Microsoft"

Look for the Microsoft login option among the available authentication methods.

Step 3: Sign in with your Microsoft account

Enter your Microsoft email and password. If you're already logged into Microsoft 365, you may skip this step.

Step 4: You're logged in

You're automatically logged into Empuls with your Microsoft account credentials. No need to manage separate passwords.

4.5 Login using SSO

If your organization implemented SSO, you get seamless, secure login:

Step 1: Go to your organization's Empuls instance

Visit the Empuls URL provided by your administrator.

Step 2: Click the login option

You'll see your organization's SSO option (like "Log in with [Company Name]" or similar).

Step 3: Enter your company credentials

You're redirected to your organization's authentication system. Enter the same credentials you use for other company applications.

Step 4: SSO verification

Your organization verifies your identity and credentials.

Step 5: Automatic login to Empuls

You're automatically logged into Empuls. The process is seamless and secure.

Reset Password

If you forgot your password:

Step 1: Enter your email

Type the email address associated with your Empuls account.

Step 2: Click "Reset Password?"

On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link below the password field.

Step 3: Check your email

Empuls sends a password reset link to your email. Check your inbox within a few minutes.

Step 4: Click the reset link

Open the email and click "Reset Password" or the provided link.

Step 5: Create a new password

You're taken to a page where you create a new password. Make it secure and different from previous passwords.

Step 6: Log in with your new password

Return to the login page and sign in using your email and new password.

Troubleshooting

Q: I'm getting an invalid credentials error

  • Double-check your email and password for typos.

  • Verify caps lock is off.

  • Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password?" link.

  • Ensure you're using your company email, not a personal email.

Q: Login page won't load

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.

  • Try a different browser.

  • Check your internet connection.

  • Disable browser extensions that might interfere with login.

  • Try the login page in an incognito/private browser window.

Q: Microsoft OAuth isn't working

  • Ensure you're signed into your Microsoft account.

  • Check that your Microsoft email matches your Empuls email.

  • Grant permission when Microsoft asks for it.

  • Try signing out of Microsoft and signing back in.

Q: SSO redirect isn't working

  • Contact your IT department to verify SSO is properly configured.

  • Ask whether your account is provisioned in the SSO system.

  • Check that you're using your company username, not your email.

  • Try clearing cookies and accessing the login page again.

Q: I'm stuck in a redirect loop

  • Clear all cookies for the Empuls domain.

  • Try a different browser.

  • If SSO is involved, verify with your IT department that configuration is correct.

Q: Session keeps timing out

  • If you need to stay logged in longer, check "Remember this computer" during login.

  • If you're on a shared device, always log out when done.

  • Contact your administrator if timeouts are too frequent for your needs.

Security Best Practices

  • Protect your login information:

  • Never share your password with anyone, including administrators.

  • Don't use your Empuls password for other services.

  • Log out when using shared or public computers.

  • Report any suspicious login attempts to your administrator.

  • Use "Remember this computer" only on devices you personally control.

FAQs

Why can't I log in even though my password is correct?

Check that you're using the correct email address. If you've recently changed your email, you may need to use the old one. If problems persist, use the password reset feature. If that doesn't work, contact your administrator.

Does my organization use SSO?

Check with your IT team or HR department. If SSO is configured, you'll see an option for it on the login page. You won't use your Empuls password if SSO is enabled.

Can I use the same password as my other work accounts?

While you can, security best practices recommend unique passwords for each service. Using different passwords protects you if one service experiences a breach.

What if I get an error saying my account doesn't exist?

Your administrator may not have fully provisioned your account yet. Wait 24-48 hours and try again. Contact HR if you've waited longer than that.

Will I be logged out if I close my browser?

Not necessarily. If you checked "Remember this computer" during login, you'll stay logged in. If you didn't check that option, closing your browser may log you out depending on your settings.
