Your engagement credits have real value. The rewards catalog offers merchandise, experiences, gift cards, flights, and more.
Before you begin
You need to earn reward points. Check your credit balance before browsing the catalog.
Checking your credits balance
You can view your credit balance in two places:
Dashboard โ Your balance is displayed on the right side of the dashboard under My Points.
Shop โ When you click Shop in the navigation, your available credit balance is visible at the top of the page.
How to redeem points?
Step 1: Log in to Empuls and navigate to Shop on the left menu. This takes you to the Reward Store.
Step 2: Use categories to navigate:
Gift Cards: popular options include Amazon, Starbucks, Apple, Netflix, Spotify, Uber Eats, Airbnb, and more.
Merchandise: Apparel, Accessories, Office items, Home goods and more
Company Store
Health & Wellness
Experiences: Sports & Entertainment, Dining, Wellness, Adventure, Classes & Learning, Travel Experiences and more.
Flights
Mobile Recharge: Prepaid, Postpaid and Nationwide
Lounge
Charity
Hotels
Miles
Use Filters
For instance, you are looking for merchandise, where you can filter out the products based on categories.โ
You can filter out the products/gift cards on the basis of your points. Just click on the box of 'Picks for my points' , it automatically show the products in the range of your points value.
Sort by
You can sort the products on the basis of 2 options 'Recommended' and 'Recently added', Price (Low to High) and Price (High to Low).
Step 3: Select the color and size for the product you want.
Step 4: On the e-gift card page (for example, Amazon Pay), enter the desired denomination, choose the quantity from the drop-down menu, and click Add to Cart.
๐ก You can add multiple products to your cart.
Step 5: When youโre finished, click Go to Cart. Review your order summary, then click Proceed to shipping details.
Enter your shipping address and any other required information.
If you have enough points to cover the full order, click Redeem Points.
If your points balance is not sufficient, youโll be prompted to make a partial payment using your points and pay the remaining balance. Select the option and proceed to complete the payment.
Once the transaction is processed, the order confirmation is shared with the user by default. The e-gift card voucher code is sent to the registered email address.
For merchandise-based redemption, you'll need to fill in the shipping details for the delivery of your order.
Managing Your Redemptions
Tracking orders: Go to Profile picture > Order History, click on any order to view its status.
Troubleshooting
Gift card code not received โ Check your spam or junk folder and wait a few minutes. You can resend the code from your redemption history. Contact support if still not received.
Item showing as out of stock โ Check back regularly as inventory updates. Ask your administrator about a waitlist option, or select a similar item in the meantime.
Received wrong or incorrect order โ Contact support immediately. Most issues are resolved quickly.

If your points balance is insufficient, you can partially redeem your points and pay the remaining amount using your preferred payment method. This way, you can still enjoy rewards even with a low points balance.
