The People Directory gives you a view of your entire organisation. Find colleagues, explore your company structure, and connect with the right people — all in one place.
Before You Begin
You'll need an active Empuls account. The directory displays all employees who have completed sign-up and been verified by your administrator.
Access the People Directory
Step 1: Log into your Empuls account.
Step 2: To access the Employee Directory, click on your profile image on the bottom left and select it from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Browse the list of colleagues — you'll see names, job titles, photos, and departments.
Search for a Colleague
Step 1: Type a name, keyword or employee ID to search for an employee profile. Alternatively, click on the specific employee picture to view their profile.
Step 2: Click on a result to view their full profile.
Explore the Org Chart
Step 1: To view your organisation's structure, click on the icon located on the right-hand side.
Step 2: View your company's full reporting hierarchy.
Step 3: Click the + icon to expand levels beneath a person.
Step 4: Click any manager's name to see their direct reports.
Step 5: Navigate up and down the hierarchy to explore the full structure.
Filtering the Directory
Step 1: Click the filter icon to sort or narrow down the employee list. Choose from three options:
A → Z — sort employees alphabetically by name
Z → A — sort employees in reverse alphabetical order
Department — filter by a specific team or department
