2. Pin a Public Attribute for Easy Mobile Grouping
Admins can now select a public attribute or characteristic to display prominently in the mobile app, helping managers quickly identify and differentiate groups of reportees.
For instance, pinning the "Base Location Code" makes it visible in the My Team Performance section of the mobile app, allowing managers to easily distinguish teams by location or other important characteristics for better oversight and targeted coaching.
3. Easily Compare User Performance Across Plans to Spot Trends and Improve Results
Tracking user performance across multiple incentive plans can be complex and time-consuming. Our new User Performance Comparison widget lets you view and analyze user metrics across plan groups and time periods, all in one place.
This helps you quickly identify top performers, spot performance gaps, and make data-driven decisions to enhance your sales and incentive programs. Available for admins on web and users on web and mobile, they can also create customized Comparison Reports based on metrics that matter most to your business.

Processing incentive plans can be slow and error-prone. With optimized metric calculations and improved data queries, you can now process and re-process plans faster and more reliably.
This reduces downtime after updates or corrections and ensures accurate, timely payouts—keeping your incentive program running smoothly.
