Gain Clearer, Compliant Revenue Insights

Stay on top of your revenue recognition with Compass’ new ASC 606 downloadable report. Access it easily under Reports → Payout → ASC 606 and get a complete view of revenue recognized only when control of goods or services transfers to your customers.

The report is fully customizable. You can adjust the Benefit Period and Amortization Start Date to match your accounting needs, ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment with global standards.

Adjust Rewards Quickly When Plans Change

Ensure your reward programs remain precise and fair, with the ability to implement clawbacks for completed plans. When creating a new plan, you can map it to a previously completed plan using the Start Clawback/Kickback option in the Plan Settings page.

Once mapped, Compass automatically calculates clawback or kickback amounts for each plan, giving you the option to approve or deny them. Admins can also manually trigger the process whenever needed.

Why it matters: Reduce administrative effort, maintain fairness in rewards, and keep your programs accurate without extra manual work.

Get Faster Approvals for Your Key Metrics

KPI cards can now be included directly in Performance Report Validation, allowing approvers to review, comment, and approve both the cards and the overall performance report in one step.

Why it matters: Speed up the approval process, reduce back-and-forth, and ensure your most important KPIs are validated and recognized quickly.

Manage All Approvals from One Place

All approver workflows are now centralized in the dedicated User Management module in Compass Settings. This lets you set up new workflows once, reuse them across multiple plans, and edit them easily whenever needed.

Workflows can be applied directly while creating or cloning a plan, saving time and reducing repetitive tasks.

Why it matters: Simplify your approval processes, reduce manual effort, and keep your team’s workflow consistent and efficient.

Upcoming Features

  • Reward Selection Optimization – Choose only the rewards you want your users to see. Unselected rewards will not be processed, significantly reducing calculation times and improving system performance.

  • Auto Mailer Functionality – Performance report approvals will automatically trigger emails to the next pending approver. These emails provide a clear overview and help accelerate the approval process.
