Learn more about new product updates on sales incentive module

Updated over a week ago

Hi,

Our latest updates focus on removing the friction from your daily tasks, automating rejection loops and giving more control over how you visualize user data.

Here’s the breakdown of what’s new:

1. Auto-mailer for campaign rejections

Plan Creators automatically get notified the moment a campaign is rejected, not just approved. Pre-configured rejection email templates are sent instantly, so creators always know where things stand, without chasing approvers.

Impact: Eliminates back-and-forth communication and keeps your incentive workflows moving without manual follow-ups.

2. Dynamic metric operations in user-wise reports

User-wise reports can now go beyond static aggregations. Admins can build custom reports with dynamic operations between metrics, surfacing compound insights like ratios, deltas, and weighted performance scores across your entire team.

Impact: Get a complete, configurable picture of user performance, not just raw numbers, but the relationships between them.

3. Plan cloning retains custom plan labels

When cloning a plan, platform now carries over the designated Plan Label — not the system default. No more manually re-searching and re-attaching labels after every clone operation.

Impact: Time-saver for enterprise teams managing a high volume of plans at scale.

Upcoming features:

Role-Based Access for HR

HRs will be able to control visibility of sensitive fields like CTC figures, keeping compensation data strictly on a need-to-know basis.

⭐ Custom KPI Tiles with Expanded Criteria

Build KPI tiles based on richer, more granular criteria to reflect real performance — giving managers sharper context at a glance.
