This integration keeps Empuls user data automatically synced with employee records in PeopleHR. Updates such as new hires, exits, profile changes, or department moves flow seamlessly into Empuls, eliminating manual effort. HR teams gain accurate, consistent data across systems, reduce discrepancies, and can focus more on engagement, recognition, and strategic initiatives instead of administrative tasks.

With this integration, you can:

  • Auto-add new employees to Empuls when they are created in People HR.

  • Update employee details in Empuls whenever changes are made in People HR.

  • Auto-remove exited employees from Empuls based on their exit date/status in People HR.

Once enabled, Empuls will sync with your People HR account every 24 hours to keep data current.
