Before You Begin
You'll need admin access to both HROne and Empuls accounts. Obtain your HROne API credentials from the integration settings.
How It Works
HROne integration automatically synchronizes employee data between your HR management system and Empuls. The integration manages continuous employee data updates, ensuring your Empuls engagement platform reflects the current state of your workforce with a 24-hour sync cycle.
Why this Integration?
This integration automates the user account management processes in Empuls based on the employee data available in your HROne account.
With this integration, you can :
Add new employees to Empuls automatically when their HROne profile is created.
Edit existing employee data in Empuls simply by updating their HROne profile.
Remove exited employees from Empuls based on their exit date/status in HROne.
Once this integration is enabled, the data will sync between Empuls and your HROne account once every 24 hours.
