Why This Integration?

This integration automates user account and data management in Empuls based on employee metadata in your Emgage HRMS account. It creates a seamless HR-to-engagement workflow, ensuring accurate, up-to-date employee profiles and timely removal of exited users.

With this integration, you can:

  • Automatically add new employees to Empuls when their profile is created in Emgage.

  • Update employee details in Empuls whenever the Emgage profile is edited.

  • Remove exited employees from Empuls automatically based on exit date/status in Emgage.

Once enabled, the data sync runs once every 24 hours to keep both systems aligned.
