Enabling Early Salary

Step 1: Super Admins must share a request with the Empuls support team to enable Early Salary.

Step 2: On receiving a request, an agreement is shared with your organisation.

Step 3: Upon signing the agreement, your organisation's HRMS is integrated with Empuls if it hasn't already been done.

Step 4: Once the above steps are complete, the Early Salary tab reflects on your organisation's Empuls platform under Benefits > Early Salary.

How does it work

Step 1: As soon as the early salary feature is enabled, your organisation's HRMS data is shared with Refyne.

Step 2: Employees no longer need to download the Refyne app since it's integrated into the Empuls platform, saving a lot of time.

Step 3: An employee can request early salary after completing paperless KYC on the Empuls Platform. The salary is disbursed to the employee's bank account in minutes.

Step 4: Empuls will share two reports with Super Admins to track and manage early salary:

  • Payroll deduction report: This will share the employee details and the amount disbursed.

  • Employee utilisation report: This reflects the total salary utilisation percentage of your employees

These two reports will help your organization disburse the remaining salary to employees efficiently and complete the payroll process.

Troubleshooting

  1. The Early Salary tab is not visible on my Empuls platform.

Early Salary is only available to organisations with an active Refyne partnership. If the tab is not visible, it is likely that the feature has not yet been enabled for your organisation. Ask your Super Admin to raise a request with [email protected] to get started. Once the agreement is signed and HRMS integration is complete, the Early Salary tab will appear under Benefits > Early Salary.

2. I cannot complete my KYC on the Empuls platform.

KYC is a required step before your first early salary request. Ensure you are completing the process directly on the Empuls platform β€” you do not need to download the Refyne app. If the KYC screen is not loading or you are unable to proceed, write to [email protected] for support.

3. My salary has not been disbursed after requesting early salary.

In most cases, salary is disbursed to your bank account within minutes of a successful request. If you experience a delay, check that your KYC was completed successfully. If the issue persists, contact your HR department or write to [email protected].

4. My organisation's HRMS data does not appear to be synced with Refyne.

HRMS integration with Refyne is completed after the agreement is signed. If data appears missing or incorrect after integration, contact your Super Admin to verify that the HRMS integration was completed as part of the onboarding process.
