What is a Leaderboard?
A leaderboard measures your efforts to create a positive work environment. You can champion the Leaderboard by contributing your time towards employee engagement initiatives.
Every time you participate on Empuls, you earn engagement credits, and your total score determines your rank on the Leaderboard. The rank is calculated based on the Engagement credits you earn by participating and contributing to the Empuls program.
Before You Begin
You need an active Empuls account. The leaderboard is visible to all employees. Your organisation configures which activities earn credits and the point values assigned to each.
Acing the Leaderboard is easy! Let's find out how.
Viewing the Leaderboard
Step 1: Navigate to Socials > Leaderboard in the left menu of your Empuls account.
Alternatively, the leaderboard can also be viewed on the right-hand side (RHS) of the dashboard.
You can scroll through to view all the leaderboards.
Step 2: At this step, you can view the Multiple leaderboards.
Step 3: Click See All to view the monthly, quarterly, and weekly leaderboards, based on the configured settings. You’ll also see the overall rankings, along with your colleagues’ names and points earned.
Step 4: Click the filter icon to sort rankings by Department, Location, Action, and Duration. Once you've done this, click Apply.
