Recognise your colleague’s efforts by giving them awards.
An effective way to thank colleagues is by publicly acknowledging their contributions.
Sharing recognition with colleagues can strengthen workplace relationships, boost morale, and improve engagement in the workplace. Lead by example and give a shout-out to your colleagues by recognising them.
How do you recognise colleagues:
Step 1: Navigate to the group where you want to share recognition with your teammates. Click on Recognize in the feed box.
Step 2: Search by name or email, or paste your colleague’s email directly. Click Next to continue.
In Smart Insights, we can see the nominations received by the user in the last quarter or six months.
Step 3: Select any Spot/Approval Award or Core Value to recognize your colleague’s achievement. Click on the award to learn more about its purpose. Once you have made the choice, click on Next.
Step 4: Add a few words of praise or to enable the AI Improvement component. The recognition will be shared publicly to reinforce the value of appreciation.
Step 5: Click on the component Improve with AI.
Here, you have four options:
Close the pop-up if you do not want to use the AI-generated citation
Refresh the suggestion to generate the new citation
Copy the AI-generated citation, and you can paste the same in the input box.
Click on the Replace button to replace the whole citation with your citation written manually.
Step 6: Preview the appreciation on the right side before sharing it with others in the organization. Click on Read more on the right-hand side (preview of the feed).
Step 7: Finally, click on Share Recognition.
Great! You have made your colleague’s day. Let them enjoy the recognition that follows.
