This article helps you manage your Empuls SaaS invoices and payments.
How to View and Edit Billing Details
Step 1: To view your billing details, navigate to Report & Admin > Finance > Billing and click Details.
Step 2: Review Your Current Plan Details At the top of the Billing page, you will see a summary dashboard of your active subscription:
Current Plan: Displays your active plan tier (e.g., Proficient) and your billing frequency (e.g., paid annually).
Pricing & Total Users: Shows the cost per user and the total number of active users currently on your account.
Next Invoice: Provides an estimate of your next bill amount and the exact date it will be charged.

Step 3: Update Billing Contact Information: Ensure your invoices and billing communications reach the right department by keeping your details current.
Billing Email: Click the Update button next to your current email address to change where invoices are sent.
Billing Address: Click the ADD button to input your company's official billing address.

Step 4: Manage Payment Details and Tax Info Below the contact information, you can manage how you pay for your subscription:
Payment Method: Click Add Payment Method to securely enter your credit card or preferred payment details.
Prepaid Credit: Check this section to view any available prepaid balance on your account.
Tax ID: Click Add Tax ID to include your company's tax identification number for compliance on future invoices.
Step 5: Cancel Subscription If you need to permanently delete your account and terminate the service, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the blue Cancel Subscription button. (Note: Proceed with caution, as this action will permanently delete the account).
How to View Invoice Details
Step 1: To access your invoices, go to the Finance section and click Invoices. You can also make a payment by clicking on "Pay Now." If the payment is already made, click on "Mark as Paid."

Step 2: The Invoices tab displays all the paid and outstanding invoices. You can download any invoice by clicking Download Invoice under the respective date.
