Add Money to Your Wallet

Add funds to your wallet to enable smooth reward point redemptions.

Super Admins can add funds to the organization’s Empuls wallet to ensure employees can redeem their reward points smoothly without any disruption. Funds can be added using supported online payment methods.
For higher-value recharges or offline invoicing, support can be contacted for assistance.

Follow the steps below to add funds to your wallet.

Step-by-step guide

Step 1: Access Admin settings
From the left navigation menu, click on Reports & Admin to access the Admin dashboard.


Step 2: Navigate to Redemption Wallets
From the left navigation menu, click on Finance, and under Finance, select Redemption Wallets to view your organization’s wallets.


Step 3: Select the wallet and add funds
Under the Wallets section, select the currency wallet you want to recharge (INR or International currency) and click Add Funds.

Steps for INR Wallet Recharges

Step 4.1: Enter the recharge amount
Enter the amount you want to add to the wallet and click Next.
Note on online recharge:

  • UPI: Supported for INR wallets, subject to bank and gateway limits

  • Cards & Net Banking: Supported for INR wallets.

  • Maximum online recharge limit is ₹20,00,000 per transaction


Step 4.2: Review order summary
Review the order details and billing information, then click Proceed to pay.


Step 4.3: Choose payment method and complete payment
Select your preferred payment method (UPI, Card, or Net Banking), enter the required details, and complete the payment.
Once the payment is successful, the updated wallet balance will be reflected instantly.

Steps for International Wallet Recharges

Step 5.1: Choose the International currency wallet you wish to add funds to. Click on Add Funds.


Step 5.2: Enter the amount you wish to add. Click on Next


Step 5.3: Select the payment method. Add the billing details. Click on Proceed to pay.

  • Credit/Debit Card: Instant payment confirmation.

  • ACH Direct Debit: Bank transfer option with standard processing timelines. Fees may vary based on bank.


Step 5.4: Enter your card/payment details. Review and click on Pay.

You may also use direct bank transfer to pay towards the Empuls Wallet to avoid payment gateway charges. This facility is available for customers in a limited set of countries. Please write to [email protected] to learn more about this payment option.
