This integration connects your UKG Kronos account with Empuls to automate workforce data synchronization across both platforms. It ensures that employee details, shift information, and status updates are always consistent, enabling seamless recognition and engagement for your on-site and shift-based workforce.

With this integration, you can:

  • Automatically add new employees to Empuls when their profiles are created in UKG Kronos.

  • Sync employee information such as department, designation, and shift details from UKG Kronos to Empuls.

  • Deactivate or remove employees in Empuls based on their exit status or termination date in UKG Kronos.

  • Maintain accurate workforce data in Empuls without the need for manual updates.

Once this integration is enabled, data syncs every 24 hours between UKG Kronos and Empuls, ensuring your employee directory and engagement programs always stay up to date.

Data can be mapped for:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Official email

  • Employee code/ID

  • Department

  • Designation

  • Employment type (Full-time / Part-time / Shift)

  • Shift details

  • Date of Joining

  • Date of Birth

  • Location

  • Business Unit

  • Cost center

  • Contact number, and more
