4. One-click bulk budget reclamation

Take full control of your organizational budget with the new "Retrieve All Points" feature. Admins can now instantly reclaim full remaining balances from multiple managers in a single action, perfect for effortless quarterly rebalancing or year-end closures.

5. Automated milestone credits for leaderboards

To celebrate and gamify long-term dedication, you can now automate "Builder Points" for significant work anniversaries ranging from Year 1 to Year 30. This feature instantly credits an employee’s leaderboard standing the moment they reach a milestone, transforming years of loyalty into visible, real-time competitive momentum. Beyond anniversaries, this automation can be used for other key moments like onboarding and completion, helping you preserve culture and inspire newer team members without manual HR intervention.

6. Bulk tagging for core values

Are you sending rewards through csv uploads? We have added support for including hashtags like #Integrity or #Impact to automatically tag awards with your respective core values.

7. Elevated redemption experience with multi-image galleries

Give your employees a 360-degree view of their rewards. Product listings now support multiple images and interactive carousels, allowing users to swipe through side views and close-ups. High-fidelity visuals reduce uncertainty and ensure employees are excited about their choices.

8. Comprehensive quiz analytics in reports

Turn participation into performance insights. Downloadable reports now include question-by-question responses for quizzes, allowing you to validate knowledge levels in bulk and reward based on correct answers.

9. Improved voting for web polls
