Notifications on the platform are system-generated messages sent to the end users, which are used to drive expected user behavior in the form of tasks, reminders, appreciation, etc.
These notifications help the organization to keep their workforce on incentive structures on their heels in terms of task completion or fast approaching deadlines.
Notification Channels
There are two channels by which users get notifications, namely:
Push notifications - Notifications received on the mobile app and web app. You can view the push notifications on the web app by clicking the bell icon on the top right corner.
You can view the push notifications on the mobile app by clicking the bell icon on the top right corner.
2. Email notifications - Notifications received on the registered email IDs. As an admin, you can create email notification workflows for users based on different criteria, such as milestone completion, deal deadlines, etc.
SMS notifications - Notifications received on the registered mobile number for purposes including OTP, verification, and redemption.
